How long does the embedded assessment take?

It depends on the size and complexity of your business. Most assessments run between 3 and 10 business days. We’ll agree on the duration during our initial confidential briefing based on what you need.

What title or role will you use?

We decide that together. It could be a systems consultant, a process reviewer, a new hire in a relevant department — whatever makes sense for your business and won’t raise suspicion. The cover needs to be believable and give me natural access to the areas that matter.

 

Will my staff find out?

Not from me. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. The only person who knows the real purpose of my presence is you (and anyone you choose to involve). I operate discreetly and professionally at all times.
