- Tell me the truth about the numbers. I cannot fix a margin, a staffing problem or a cash flow gap you have decided to keep quiet about.
- Raise it early when something isn’t working. If a recommendation is not landing, say so in week one, not month six. I would rather change the approach than lose you.

It means the actions we agree together in your monthly session. Every meeting ends with a short list of specific actions and a named owner for each, so there is never any ambiguity about what was agreed.
Coaching is a two-way arrangement. I bring the experience, the outside view and the accountability. You bring the decisions and the execution inside your own business.
What do you expect from me as a client?
Turn up to the monthly onsite session, do the actions we agreed, and be honest with me about the numbers and the problems — including the ones that are uncomfortable to say out loud.
Use the access between meetings too. Business does not stop at 5pm, and you are not restricted to the scheduled sessions.
Is there a lock-in contract or a minimum term?
No. There is no lock-in contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. You pay one flat monthly fee and you stay only while you are seeing value.
